RUBICARE IS NOT INSURANCE but a healthcare discount program where members receive discounted health services from participating providers. Upon enrollment, members agree to the terms outlined in the Rubicare Purchase Agreement and must adhere to its Cancellation and Refund Policy. The program offers discounts on specified health services, which members pay for out-of-pocket, and cannot be used alongside any other health plan or insurance. Membership in the program lasts for a year from the date of purchase and renews automatically unless canceled by the member. Members can cancel within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus a nominal fee, but no refund is provided for cancellations made thereafter. Rubicare solely facilitates the connection between members and providers, bearing no responsibility for the health services rendered, which remains the obligation of the providers.
