Overview

In this article, we will learn about:

Log into Your Rubicare Account

  1. Log into your Rubicare account by clicking, My Account in the top left-hand corner.

Provide your email and password associated with your account. Click, Login.

Individual Rubicare Dashboard

Your Rubicare Individual Dashboard is where you manage your account information.

Subscription

Please make a note of the following information about your subscription: start date, end date (if not set to auto-renew), and the details of the charges. For example, an Individual Subscription costs $79 and is valid for one year, expiring on June 27, 2025.

If your billing information is incorrect and the payment fails, you will be prompted to fix the payment error. Click the, Fix Payment Info button to update your information.

Team

Since this is an Individual Subscription, there are no team members.

Payment Methods

Your payment information is located under the Payment Methods tab. You can delete an expired credit card and add a new payment method.

Address

A record of your billing address information is kept under the Address tab. It is important to update your information as it changes.

My Profile

Your subscription account information is stored in My Profile. You can reset your password in this section.

Family or Business Rubicare Dashboard

The dashboard for a family or business subscription is the same, allowing you to manage your members and subscription information.

You can view or cancel a transaction at any time.

Subscription

Please make a note of the following information about your subscription: start date, end date (if not set to auto-renew), and the details of the charges. In this example, a Family Subscription with 3 members at $79/member for one year was purchased and will end on June 27, 2025.

To purchase more members, click Upgrade.

Team

The Team tab lists all members. Members can be removed by clicking Remove.

Payment Methods

If you need to delete and update your payment method, you may do so under Payment Methods.
